GUIDELINES - MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

1. Enter IEC Code and Password given in the enclosed letter for login on online RCMC portal;


2. Member has to check and fill details in all the required fields and click on "update" Icon on bottom of the format page;


3. Please ensure that all details are filled in exactly as per the latest Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Certificate issued by the office of the DGFT;


4. If you want to make any changes to be done in the Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued by this Council, please get the changes done first in your IEC (Importer – Exporter Code Certificate ) through DGFT office, from where it was issued, under intimation to this Council;


5. As per second dialogue box, please ensure payment made in respect of correct Membership Registration number and correct fee, as applicable to your company;


6. Demand Draft or Cheque must be kept ready with you before filling up the form. If you are making payment / transfer amount through RTGS / NEFT, Reference Number for transfer of fee as applicable in CEPC bank account shall require to enter in step – 2;


7. Please read all the headings carefully and fill the details as per format (step - 1 to step - 2); Upload all applicable documents under various headings;


8. Please preview the "Application Form" carefully before submission;


9. Members will receive "acknowledgement e-mail" after submission of Membership Application Form


10. In case of any technical difficulty in filling up the application on online RCMC portal, member are requested to kindly contact at info@cepc.co.in & register@cepc.co.in along with screenshot of that particular page or error code, if any;
